Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here’s how we can help:

• Eligibility: Returns are not accepted, we only do style/size exchange at the moment. Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Non-exchangeable Items: Sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable for both size/style.

• Process:

  • 01. WhatsApp us at +91 6261040562 with your order number and reason for EXCHANGE.

  • 02. We’ll share Exchange instructions and address where you will ship the item.

  • 03. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your  exchange item from our end.

• Cost: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer i.e Rs99, incase you need pickup you can request a small fee pickup.

• Exchange Timeline: Exchanges are processed within 12–14 working days.
